Dealer wont check vin view and status is 4300

Where would I go to to see where my car is on vin view? My sales person won't share the info and it's really frustrating, especially since we have to plan to travel to go get it. Any ideas?

Only the dealer has access to VinView. Get someone else at the dealer to help you as dribs15 suggested.
