CT5-V OTA update?

CT5-V Model
Interesting. I never drive in Sport, it's typical My Mode, V Mode, Track - but ya Sport mode survives key cycles.

Ha, maybe a poll is needed. 🙂

Ofc now it's was Sport always key-cycle resistant all along. Are we sure?! :sneaky:
IDK, we have things going both ways and the manual says...

"
If the vehicle is in Tour Mode or My
Mode, it will stay in that mode
through future ignition cycles. If the
vehicle is in any other mode, it will
return to Tour Mode when the vehicle
is restarted. When a mode is selected,
an indicator will come on in the
instrument cluster and stay on.

I was just pointing out the official GM statement (true or not). :) Mine stays in Sport also, but not sure if it did when I first got it, since I did not really use that mode much.

Ya it definitely didnt stay in VMode.
I remember complaining about My Mode lacking the Engine option and someone said it was something about preventing having the non-default throttle at startup.

Didn't really make any sense to me at the time and now less so. Unless Sport engine throttle is the same as Tour/default.

I'm definitely louder in sport than tour.

That's the exhaust setting we do have access to in My Mode. I was referring to the throttle.
And I just checked the quick guide and throttle is actually the same in Tour and Sport. So maybe that stuff I mentioned early and was all whatevs about is true, lol
