Montana LLC and Vehicle Registration

Has anyone created a Montana LLC holding company and registered their Blackwing in Montana with it? If so, what service did you use?

Trying to compare annual property taxes vs. the Montana holdco approach.

I do know that in montana once you register the car you dont need to get it smogged or anything. Also montana doesnt have property taxes on cars.

I was going to do this with our sprinter van, but was cautioned against it.. Apparently, Montana is cracking down on out of state LLC's established for sales tax evasion.


But I digress, every worthwhile car around here has montana plates. I don't think you need a third party service to do this, just register an LLC, get an EIN, and be done.
