The AutoExtremist site (Rants - Autoextremist.com ~ the bare-knuckled, unvarnished, high octane truth...) and his readers have been giving GM and Cadillac a hard time this week. Check out the "Rant" page and the Reader Mail pages.
The AutoExtremist site resets its main pages every week, so the GM/Cadillac Rant referred to above is here now:

The reader mail sections does not display previous week messages - that I know of, so they are gone for now. Let's just say that there are plenty of people in the world that think of Cadillac as an "old man's car" and feel that a BMW, Benz or Audi in the driveway would garner more envy from their neighbors.
As for me, I'm an old man and I love my Cadillac. I'm just not the average old man. And, I don't care much what my neighbors think of the cars I park in my driveway. I drive what I want to drive, not what my neighbors think I ought to drive.
