Tire rack should have the standard front 255s in stock, i think most of us went to either 265s or non xl 275s in the rear, not sure if anyone went up to 285. Looks like they have 1 read 275 in stock with more coming in ~2 weeks. The conti dws06+ are in stock now that I ranWill it okay to put on Michelin pilot AS4 265/35/18 in the front and 285/35/18 in the back? They are available at Tirerack.
Any issues with the non XL load on the rear tires? I had the same tires on my S4 and they were great. Was hoping to get a set of these for this winter.Same wheels as Novakin, but Conti DWS06 plus in 255/35 and 275/35. I have another vehicle for the small amount of snow we get so I opted for a/s instead of dedicated snows(since there were no good choices anyway). The rears don't have xl load designation, but for mild winter street use it shouldn't be an issue.

Do you have the part number? Most of the GM part sites I've seen don't have pics of the wheels up. I think I want a set for when I put my summer tires back on in the spring.Well my second set of tech bronzes showed up today! Going to mount the stock summers on them. If anyone has any questions or needs anything for Reference off them let me know

There's a great opportunity to get a weight on them. Hopefully under 24lbs.Well my second set of tech bronzes showed up today! Going to mount the stock summers on them. If anyone has any questions or needs anything for Reference off them let me know
So far no issues.Any issues with the non XL load on the rear tires? I had the same tires on my S4 and they were great. Was hoping to get a set of these for this winter.
I was going to as well but then I realized it didn’t have the right XL load rating for the rears with the DWS06 plus so I had to order Michelin AS4’s instead.I’m putting on DWS 6 plus on my 4BW on the 19th of this month. I have 2k miles on my OEM Michelin pilot 4S. If anyone wants it, I will sell it for $600, which is 1/2 price of a new one. If interested PM me.
I ran these last year and will again this year. They work well if you need true winters.I put Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3s on tonight in NJ. 4BW, 255/35/18 and 265/35/18. Will report back next week once I've spent some time on them.
so... I measured these multiple times and cannot explain it but,There's a great opportunity to get a weight on them. Hopefully under 24lbs.
That's a bit on the heavy side. That would motivate me to find an aftermarket option. Unsprung weight is worth it to reduce.so... I measured these multiple times and cannot explain it but,
Front: 18x9 tech bronze 28.2 lbs
Rear 18x9.5 tech bronze 27.2lbs
Tech Bronze was definitely not a performance option. That's a bit on the heavy side. That would motivate me to find an aftermarket option. Unsprung weight is worth it to reduce.
Make me think about running my Apex winters as summers. 21lbs only and run 275's front and rear.Tech Bronze was definitely not a performance option.
Agreed they aren't the lightest, I still can't figure out where the extra weight is coming from on the fronts. I do like the look and without going into custom flow forged territory I was somewhat happy with the price for it. I ran vossens on my ATS that were a bit lighter and flow forged but the smallest option you can spec is 19 and I really would prefer 18s still on this car. I ran 19s on my ATS and I bent 3 of those wheels because of how low of a profile the sidewall was by stepping up.That's a bit on the heavy side. That would motivate me to find an aftermarket option. Yeah, I have 0 interest in anything bigger than 18's.Agreed they aren't the lightest, I still can't figure out where the extra weight is coming from on the fronts.
