T-Boned a Red Light Runner in my 5BW 😠 Adios collectible value

solid Holden badges
Yep. All badges replaced except for Chevy bowtie on the center of the steering wheel as the whole piece is a supposedly a single part including air bag and horn all combined. So it's a chunk of change to replace it for the sake of just the badge.

Probably worth it haha

Glad everyone is OK. The SS is nice.

So is insurance able to fix everything ? Was there ever a question that it might be totaled ?

Sorry about your car, glad you are ok. And while a bit off topic, this nightmare happened to me a while back. I was rear ended by someone who could not speak English with no license and no insurance. I was pushed into another car and was sued by the driver I was pushed into. Fortunately my insurance company provided a lawyer. The person who hit me had ZERO responsibility, zero consequences, zero punishment. He simply disappeared into the protection of being undocumented and the police did nothing. It was an older car that my father left to me when he passed so, to me, it had sentimental value. It was declared a total loss. I don't want to get into politics but its a real disgrace.

I sure hope it wasn't the grand national! I've always felt the GN is a bit analogous to the 5BW in terms of being a low production standout performer of the era and still highly desirable as a collector (even at 30k or so built).
