CT-5 BW with Precision Package - rear wheel air deflectors

I was researching where to place the jacking pads for frame contact on the rear of my car. A GM diagram show the location, and the diagram also shows what I call 'a rear wheel air deflector'. However, my cars does no have these deflectors but there are holes in both the fender liner and the body where fasteners would go. So my questions is: did GM or the dealer not install these deflectors OR with the Precision Package are these air deflectors eliminated?

I know not about the deflectors, but I do know that many Blackwings appear to have left the factory without the fasteners installed on that exact part of the wheel well. On a different thread in this forum, I located the correct fastener to purchase and install myself.

Thanks very much for your reply. I have since learned in searching the forums that the BW with CCB don't get the rear deflector. Now that you've given me a link to the fasteners I can add them and the area will now finished. Again thanks very much!!

Confirming that PP/CCB do not have rear deflectors and that you are only missing the fasteners. I checked my car and it looks like yours but GM deemed me worthy of fasteners.
