I was researching where to place the jacking pads for frame contact on the rear of my car. A GM diagram show the location, and the diagram also shows what I call 'a rear wheel air deflector'. However, my cars does no have these deflectors but there are holes in both the fender liner and the body where fasteners would go. So my questions is: did GM or the dealer not install these deflectors OR with the Precision Package are these air deflectors eliminated?
