I've been trying to replicate this, but cannot seem to do so.
Last night I was participating in some rather spirited driving with the PTM set to sport and the mode set to track, in manual mode (10spd). I've noticed in these cars you need to hit the paddles a bit earlier than I would have to in my prior vehicle (Hellcat), so I never bounced off the redline or anything of the sort.
At some point my passenger pointed out that my CEL was on. I noticed, that indeed, the CEL was blinking. I immediately took it out of all sport-related settings and resumed normal driving. The light was gone, and did not return after I had the car parked for about half an hour.
On the way home I tried to replicate the variables and actions leading up to the CEL, it never turned on.
I also checked the Cadillac App diagnostics, and everything there was fine. Checks across the board.
Has anyone experienced this? I am an idiot who is missing something here?
