Shift Lights not working?

CT4 BW, no HUD. With the tach in sport I usually see the center circle changes colors as redline approaches. In track tach setting it lights up a bit differently.

I noticed yesterday they weren't registering in either mode. The vehicle was up to temperature and that's the only parameter I'm aware of that would prevent them from working.

Anything I'm missing?
