Any CELs with Kooks Headers on CT5V BW??

I have a 2022 with the full Kooks headers with green cats and x-pipe and am getting a CEL even after trying a bunch of different spacer configurations. With no spacers, I would get cat inefficiency after 100-200 miles but none of the spacers I’ve tried (Fabspeed with mini cats, J style with inserts, or super short straight spacer) can get the car to think the sensors are still functional as they throw low voltage/stuck lean codes pretty quickly.

The Kooks sound phenomenal and seem to make at least a little power, but the CEL’s are unfortunate and I don't want to tune and lose my warranty.

Just a data point for anyone else interested.
 
What muffler did you go with ?

2023 w/ green cats Kooks here and also still getting the CEL. No spacer or spark arrestor attempts for me yet, but wanting to share my experience here as well. If you're buying into the no CELs as gospel you may end up with some remorse.

Sound is absolute angry dragon sex; but comes at a cost.

I have a warranty until 2033 and 100k miles... no way I'm tuning either which sucks because I feel trapped in this limbo state. I know a tune will have me arrive at nirvana driving, but unwilling to sacrifice the ability to drop this off at the dealer and have any issues resolved.

***Will also add - I tried the green air filter and it was a total whiff. Constant code throwing with it as well because of an insane rich afr. Paper filter; no problem.
 
I also have a 2022 with Kooks and green cats. I did a Kong porting of my supercharger as well at same time. All in I gained about 45hp if memory serves, I did it a year ago roughly. I do get the occasional CEL as mentioned in another post. I do have spacers as well. They seem to help with the CEL being much less frequent then it had been.

No harm no foul as the code is as expected without tuning it out of the car. I just wipe it with my code reader and get on with my life of enjoying the car.
