Correct, narrower tires are better for snow. Notice the rusty rotors? It doesn't leave the driveway around snow and salt. I've got an old pickup for those days.I was always under the impression a more narrow tire is better in the snow. I'm running a square 255 set up on my 4 and had no issue this morning waking up to a fresh snow fall in my 25 mile drive to the office.

Being in my 60's I'm mostly done sliding cars around in the snow, especially a $100K car.You're missing out of some fun in the snow. I just wish we still had a handle for an E-brake.
