Apparently, I have a bent/cracked rim already, despite never hitting anything I would consider an unusually large pothole or anything.

Has anyone else had issues?

Are the wheels cast or forged?

WOW!
Not good. I haven't heard of any issues with the Vsport wheels.
What does the dealer say?
Insurance?

I'm hoping the dealer covers it, they're playing the whole "let's see how it looks when we take the wheel off" thing right now. Car was a dealer "boss" car and had about 12k miles on it.

Rim and tire is about $800, so not worth filing with insurance.
