I'm a Corvette man, but I also like my V. My V Wagon is the ultimate in stealth - First, it's a wagon, second, it's red, third, it doesn't look like a 'race car.' Stick shift, no sunroof and Recaro seats. It's a joy to drive - if you overlook the gas mileage! Then I didn't buy it for the gas mileage.
When the C8 came out, I knew that I was going to get one. My wife and I built a new house with a 4-car garage just to have the C6, V Wagon and C8 inside (#4 is an XT4). The C8 is our 9th Vette. The C6 is a 427 Convertible.
I plan to keep all three until I can't drive them anymore.

Yes sir! She has 44,200 documented miles. They only built 181 of the convertible's in '65. I have read that only 70 or so remain. She will be here on Friday! Super excited!
