Hey Guys, been a lurker here for a long time.
Finally decided to join under unfortunate circumstances.
My 23’ CT5BW is another victim of engine failure with only 16,000 miles. This forum seems to be great resource full of useful insight.

Welcom to my world. The engine in my 22 CT5 BW came apart at about 7500 miles. Sewell Cadillac of Dallas could not have been more helpful. Picked up my car, left me a loaner,,returned my car with a new engine 10 days later. No further problems. I trust your car is still under warranty. File under “Sometimes bad things happen to good people”
