I got the email today as well. I called to get a badge a while back then forgot about it as I didn’t actually expect they would send me one and I was going to but it in a drawer anyway.
Apparently 2023s have the badge from the factory.....or at least they do now. It is incomprehensible that something this basic was a complete afterthought !!
Dude from Caddy called me, 1 week later I had it (that was like 2 weeks ago.) This was a result of an email that I sent recently. Original order was placed in October, via C/S call.
