Marketplace Doesn't Exist?

Is there a reason I would be missing the Marketplace option? I used to use this to pay for Gas...now it's not an option?

It's a Cadillac/GM app that allows ordering Pizza, paying for Gas, etc from your Vehicle. I used it mainly for gas so I never had to use the card reader on the pump. It eliminates card skimming.

It's like the one on my Cadillac app. Maybe they figured it's on the app and not needed on the car.
