Changing rotors and wanted opinion on strut. Pretty dirty/greasy at bottom of strut.

Not noticing an obvious issue while driving

I would expect the strut to match the condition of the spring and surrounding bits (road grime). I've had mag ride shocks on numerous GM cars and naturally spent time on the associated forums and mag ride seem more prone to leaks than standard units.

Bottom is way worse than rest of strut.

I had one of my front struts start leaking at ~20k, replaced under warranty. I also noticed no driving issues, in fact it was the dealer who first saw it when the car was in for an oil change.

How does the other side look?
