Dealers That Are Not Charging Above MSRP

Recently, more than a year ago, GM put out notice to all cadillac dealers that they had to upgrade their locations to a new cadillac standard. The renovations would not be cheap in most cases so some chevy/buick/gmc/cadillac dealers chose to drop the cadillac brand.
Correct. A current dealership costs ~7-9m to build out

This was related to going electric.

So is this why dealerships are marking everything up? Cost to expand. They use that as an excuse to apply astronomical ADMs?

The ones not actually at the dealership anyway…

Some of the vehicles shown are sold orders and some are the available ones. The white one with tech bronze wheels is MSRP. The other white one you posted is a sold customer car. The site will continue to show baked in markups on pretty much anything so disregard the site. Have a mix of white and black / auto and manual that will be on the way and eventually make it to the site as well. M S R P.

I would also like to add that I set up this account to be my personal V-forum account and not an advertising platform. If I can help other members find a BW for MSRP then awesome. That was my intention of posting in this thread. Looking forward to posting my delivery photos when the time comes!

Any leads on 5BWs? :D

When I contacted your dealer 4 months ago, they stated you had a long wait list for 5BW's

5BW’s are just another animal. We were able to place three more customers a few weeks ago’ish. But they (customers) made decisions to take substitutions per constraints to get placed (like going to mid level seats) I still have 4 or so that have not been placed yet but those customers are just wanting to stay with original builds. And allocations are still slow right now. We did not secure any orders for in-stock last year like we did with the 4BW’s. We have no desire to stack our order banks at this time when we have 4 still yet to be placed.

Thats the Insight I like to hear….. the 5s are getting harder to get I take it….

Akamai58...take a peek at the news on the home page...it appears they addressed GM as a whole and mentioned (future) Cadillac too, but not BW specifically...although hopefully they'll get the hint.

FYI...Star Cadillac in Quakertown, PA seem to be straight shooters to me when I put my order in w/ a $2500 refundable deposit (if not produced) to get a CT5-V BW at MSRP.
also sales manager Frank Barry (especially) and Jeremy Hall v-series sales specialist have been good to work with and responsive to any questions and up-front with info (that has jibed with what is on here).

also noted that they have a pretty loaded dark emerald frost CT4-V BW w/both CF packages (but is an A10) w/ a $2500 ADM if anyone is interested...if it was a 5 I'd be hard thinking of it.
Star is now asking for $2500 ADM for 5BW orders FYI. This is per my email from Frank Barry this morning.

John, after I read your post. I double checked with Star and spoke with Frank. You are correct... he said they had just made the change. All new 4's and 5's have 2500adm. Glad you got msrp... welcome to the great wait!
