Would be interesting to ask what the Spring Mountain cars are tq specc'd to.

I believe they said 140. Track use….

Gotcha. I just need to figure out how to order 4 (or even 5) instead of 20.

We had 2 Cadillac engineers, who had worked on the Blackwing program, in our class at Spring Mountain. They said because of the switch to 14 mm studs, the proper torque is 140

When I was road racing, we never torqued axle nuts to the overly tight OEM spec. There is tight and then there is "lawyer" tight. Bolts have a higher shear capacity when not under maximum tension.
