Cold Weather Package?

In looking over some of the CT4-V Blackwing builds, I've noticed that a few were built with RPO Y19 - Cold Weather Package - which is a no-charge option. However, most have not been built with that option.

If I try to build one in Order Work Bench - this option is pre-selected and if I try and remove the option, I get a warning message stating that it can be removed for the configuration. It's basically forcing me to have that option.

So how have the other CT4-V Blackwings been built with out the Cold Weather Package?

Does it have the climate package? I think that removes the cold weather package. My order should be one of those.

If you get the top tier interiors in the CT4, that auto adds the climate package and removes the cold weather package. The base and mid-level interiors should still get the cold weather package standard.
