Cadillac chatbot decoder ring?

Ideally the chatbot would reveal the order code status number. It does not do that. I'm curious what the mapping is. I believe for codes from 2000 to 3400 it says, "Your vehicle has been accepted by General Motors and is moving forward to the production process." What does it say for codes less than 2000 and greater than 3400?
 
If you want the numeric status code you have to ask for a human advisor so they can pull up your order. A LOT of the status codes map to the same chatbot response so you have to ask a human. It's the same thing your dealer salesperson can do.
 
Mostly I'd like to find out when the car is built without bothering a human.
 
I think you have a better chance at getting your glass of ovaltine before Caddy delivers when they say they will.

That's one status the chat bot will tell you about. After that through all the shipping steps it'll tell you to contact the dealer for status.
 
Just type in Advisor and a live person will assist. Give them your order number and ask for the exact event code.
 
Starting yesterday morning (PDT) the bot was no longer able to find my order; this continued today. But I also received email from cadillac.com saying my car had been built and later my salesman was able to provide the VIN.

I got a live agent on the chat just now and learned that indeed, it was built yesterday.

As far as I can see the bot stops providing info on an order once it has been built.

That's pretty much what I was expecting but apparently not how it actually works.

I think the bot lost its connection to the order database because it's not finding mine either and mine is a ways off from being built. Either that or my dealer canceled my order (which I think would still show up as a canceled order?).
