Any wheel mfrs done/found max/ideal wheel & tire measurements?

Not only looking for max tire (1) width, and (2) height, but also ideal offset/backspace.

Ideal meaning fit and max height/width with no rubbing at stock suspension height.

Anyone know of any wheel mfrs who have done this work?

Your question is a little vague, BTW. 'Ideal' for what use? Street only? Track? Winter driving?
