Had a random weird siren alarm (different sound than the horn alarm) start to go off for no apparent reason recently. I drive the car about once a week or so and was wondering if I might have a low voltage issue from the battery.
Per the manual: “The power sounder provides an audible alarm which is distinct from the vehicles horn. It has its own power source, and can sound an alarm if the vehicles battery is compromised.”
I know these cars hate low voltage. Anyone experience this or know what this power sounder is? I put the car on a trickle charger and haven’t heard it since but I also haven’t driven it in about 10 days.
