2023 CT4-V Blackwing no serial number on steering wheel

Update - I talked to a Cadillac dealer in Phoenix, and they had some Cadillacs ship with the wrong steering wheels. We pulled up my invoice printout, compared it to some BWs they had in stock, and determined I should have the performance steering wheel with carbon fiber and SN. I called Cadillac and spoke with them. They created a case number and will contact the dealership and ship a new steering wheel.

Any update to this? I have the same steering wheel in my MY23 and thought it was odd, but went along with it. Bought it preowned about a month ago.

Here is a question. Does the AC hood come with a clear coat in case you just wanted to install it right out of the box. I have seen other cars with just the carbon fiber hood and I really am not a fan. I am 99.9% sure I will paint mine and leave the vents black carbon fiber. I did wrap my roof with gloss black and like how it looks.
