CADILLAC FIRST MAINTENANCE VISIT EXTENDING REDEMPTION PERIOD TO 18 MONTHS STARTING WITH MY2023
The Cadillac First Maintenance Visit is focused around providing the Customer an introduction to the world class service provided by your Cadillac dealership. To expand on this opportunity, starting with 2023MY and beyond, all Cadillac models will have 18 Months to redeem their one complementary maintenance visit. This change will be reflected in the 2023 Cadillac Acknowledgement Forms.
2022MY and prior will remain at the 12 Months redemption period.
