Yes, it still lifts up about 3-4 inches to allow clearance for cleaning. But just like loss of the button that you push on end of wiper stalk to spray the windshield with washer fluid, this is another one of those things that was a standard for decades and has changed for no apparent reason. </boomer mode>this was the same as the CTS-V3....they try to hide the wiper arms as much as possible...could be for wind or the wiper blade creates too much noise. it doesn't bother me that much you can still get under it to clean the windshield I hope.

I miss the cubby hole behind the nav screen, it was a great place to store your side arm.This is actually not a bad idea for its own thread. What options/features did the CTS-V3 have that are no longer included in the Blackwing. I guess we can keep it contained here for now.
