Reach out to Gen5DIY.com | Home of all your do it yourself needs I don't see anything listed under CT5 but the mirror might be similar to other GM vehicles.
They make a nice plug and play harness for most GM stuff. I recently used one in my 2500HD.

EDIT: I just emailed them to see if they make one for the CT5 and got this response:

As long as you have the live view mirror or an auto dimming inside mirror, this one will work for you. We just haven't added products for the CT5.

Just use the SAVY for the Valentine One. It's very easy to hide the wire up to the unit. I use the window mount and it's located up high on the windshield, drivers' side.
