Updated 5BW OE Brake Pads for J6H = Steel

THIS WHOLE THREAD IS WRONG, Sorry. The ones I posted are not for sale because they are correct for my Steel Rotor car. Yay. But I ordered the wrong ones (for CC) also.....I just had the right ones to begin with. seriously FML.

Here we go:
I guessed wrong when I first ordered these. I saw the word Steel on the info page and here I am. These are OE pads for Carbon Ceramics, new from Rock Auto.
Additionally, I have a set of rears OE pads new from Gmpartswarehouse.com. I can't explain my idiocy on this one. When I reordered the right pads for Steel rotor setup, I got my brain wires crossed and ordered the wrong rear pads.....again. FML @ZoomieZoom55 This whole rodeo has done some permanent damage. HALP!

Yep, this screenshot is old but I looked up the CCB prices from rock auto with the part numbers.

J57 code is CCBs on a 5 BW
JH6 is for Steel/iron rotor on a 5BW

@CaddyTrack, what car do you have and what brake setup? Is it possible you got the 4BW or the V series pads mixed up?

As mentioned above. Those aren’t CCB pads.

CCBs are made by Pagid and come from Germany.

LOL, so finally had time and called the dealer with my VIN and he confirmed I ordered the right ones the first time. What a rollercoaster - see this thread - Steel rotor brake pad replacement

Also, using my brain that has been too fried lately. Rob has all our RPO codes to look up here and I can confirm my car has J6H code

Ive searched as far and wide as im capable so its time to ask here. I have the carbon ceramic option on my 23 5BW, and the front pads are terribly noisy at 5k Miles (they also are kind of grindy sounding or metal on metal sounding at super low speeds). Has anyone had any luck finding replacement...
