Rear deck speaker

So my new ct5BW is great but I have a rattle that is coming from passenger rear speaker the big one that you can see from the trunk. It’s like screw or piece of plastic in resting on the speaker cone. Does anyone know how to remove the speaker and or the speaker grill? I want to avoid going to the dealer if possible.
