CT4-V Possible to add High Performance steering wheel later?

I found a CT4V Blackwing that is very base, and I'm comparing to a much higher build. Half of me says get the higher build for all the fun goodies, but the other half says "Pay less so you can get a lower finance period, which would save a ton on interest." Problem is, I really want the HP Steering wheel and I can't seem to find out if it can be added afterwards and what something like that would cost if it is possible. Would anyone here know that?

I did see that one, but that is just adding a non-OEM steering wheel. I really want the OEM High Performance steering wheel.

Any update on this question?

I also am eyeing a new stripped model with base steering wheel, but would want to upgrade to the performance wheel right away. I'm sure the wheel (2022-2023 Cadillac CT4 F Wheel 85136936 | GM Parts Center) fits but is there some coding that must be done to activate the V mode switch?
