For those track focused folks what are you doing for fluids?

After some reading I'm leaning towards Motul products:

Engine - 300V Power 5w30 - p/n 110814
Transmission - Multi ATF - p/n 105784
Rear end - Gear 300LS 75w90 - p/n 105778

I'm willing to pay more for superior fluids, so if something better exists, what is it?

I'd run 300v or Amsoil, even going to a 5w40 for track duty.
Also the Mobil 1 Supercar 5w40 is really good.
I'm in Louisiana, so ambient temps May-September (Even into October) are 85+

Transmission, Redline or Amsoil again.

I haven't looked into the differential fluid. I have the OEM stuff I'll swap in at 10k miles. But for higher temps,? I have to admit my ignorance.

Redline in the diff. Thinking about a different Dexos R oil for the engine. Still using Supercar right now.
