Order bank open date 2025 CT5V BW?

Indeed, and already proven to be pure wrong speculation.

2026 MY for 5BW is also live on Cadillac's own website.
Ah ya, I do see it. Looks like no changes other than making the parking package standard equipment. So everyone has a bit more time to get one i guess. They’ll probably announce a final edition sometime by the end of the year or something perhaps. I wonder how many 2025s are actually being made. The vins so far are only up to like 500 for manuals, so I feel like they’re making a lot less than previous years. Correct me if I’m wrong on that.

I have an order in Workbench for a '26 so there will be a MY26 CT5 BW.
You’re probably good since you put your order in so early, but if one comes up with similar specs and no adm, I’d jump on it asap if ur order is taking too long to get allocated.

PDR looks to be standard for '26, too, according to the online configurator.
Yes, PDR, parking package and Blind Zone Steering Assist are all standard now on manual MY26 model.

Yes. It looks like thus far, those are the the only changes for 2026. It’s just a completion of the 2025 MY. Dealer just told me they didn’t expect them to pull the 25s when they did and it makes sense. Just use up the parts they have stateside and take a blackwing production break until things are sorted out. Finish everything cleanly in 26 with a final edition being announced in the coming months.

While I definitely believe the current generation of 5BW will be the last, given the well publicized move to all EV by the Cadillac brand, I think it will be 2027.

They just did a facelift and need to see ROI on the tooling investment, and that typically takes at least 3 years in the car world.

…regardless of the current anti-EV climate.

Yes, I agree. It makes sense to run it for at least three year... unless the sales just tank, which I don't think has happened yet. In fact it is the opposite and I don't see any 5BW sitting on lots.

GM Authority JUST reported CT5-V Blackwings will be built through 2029 as 2030 models. Hard to believe!

The 2026MY will be first with a ported SC, new ECU mapping and standard flow-through headers, totaling 700whp to culminate the V series 25 year history with the ICE.

Prices will also start at $89,999 with manual.

You heard it here first folks.

I've posted this elsewhere with links, but it's clear the new administration doesn't want to pay the $500M grant for GM to convert East Lansing to an EV only plant. Additionally GM sold it's stake in a nearby battery plant and other battery plants in Michigan are closing down. The market just isn't responding to EVs and the government isn't going to pick up the tab it seems.

I'm new here, so.... I'm not sure if you're serious? The '26 Cadillac build page still shows 668hp.
