Hi all- My dealer called me on 8/8 with the news that he received 1 allocation for a 6sp mt 5 Blackwing, if I still wanted it. Of course I said hell yes, and now the wait begins. As of today, the order was accepted by GM and is moving to production. I am happy to become part of this community, hopefully it won’t be too long a wait.

Whatever the wait, (mine was 9 months), it will be worth it. Yours should not be that long.

I hope not, but I would be okay if it was delivered in March, as we’re supposed to have a bad winter here in the northeast. But as he said this would be his only 6sp mt allocation for the rest of the year, I wasn’t going to pass.
