V-Series Cadillac(s)?
5BW manual, formerly V Wagon
Detailer noticed this on both sides. Will take to the dealer. Anyone else had this missing? Any chance this is normal?

Not normal. Anyone know if these are dealer installed items or is the factory forgetting stuff again?

It was also missing clips on one of the rocker moldings on delivery, but I was able to get those to the detailer prior to wrapping. Definitely strange to have all these things missing.

This was just covered last week in a separate thread. Seems that the bits you are missing are installed during PDI, so if you skipped PDI, that's likely the cause. The plastic clips may be in a bag in your trunk (look under the deck where the spare tire would go if the car had one).

Also, there is a rock shield that attaches to the rear edge of your front fenders to deflect rocks. That's what's missing in photos 3 & 4 of your original post. They may be in your trunk along with the other hardware. Here it is installed on mine

Yes I had the same thing (started a thread on that)...wasn't installed and fasteners were missing...taking it to the dealer next week for that plus the car pulling right when wheel is centered, and the porpoising issue in second and third gear (happened twice) when engine is cold and part throttle.

Turns out my rock shields were not missing, just some miscommunication between the folks working on my car at the detailer. But will need to get those rear fasteners. Had a friend check his 5BW and his fasteners were also missing. Probably something everyone should check for given how common this seems.

Does anyone have PDI instructions for the 5BW? I wonder how prominent this step is if it is so often missed.

I bought 8 fasteners and installed them myself

Found this PN in another thread. Just got 4, waiting on more.

Does not seem to be - the parts database actually doesn't have the BW listed as compatible, but I just put in the 4 screws myself while I wait for the other 4 and they definitely fit. Uses a torx bit.
