CT5-V Fender liner grill - separate part?

The grill in my front fender liner is cracked. It is crazy that I would need to replace the whole liner when just the grill can be popped out and replaced. But that is what it looks like. Please let me know if there are any other options (GM or aftermarket).

Have you been able to remove it and look for a separate part #? Looks like the whole assembly is about $135 online but I imagine the filter alone would be big savings if possible to identify.

I have not. I was hoping to procure a new part first as I worry about breaking tabs and it not being able to put it back in. Right now it is just a few of the plastic grid pieces that are broken (something heavy obviously kicked up and hit it). So it is still mostly useful but I still would like to replace it.

Got it. I couldn't find a part diagram that separates the filter so I'm guessing it's going to be a whole assembly unless you luck out and find a number stamped on the filter.
