Well, after the first day I’m a bit ashamed. I don’t know why, but I was so much more timid than when I’m driving my own car on the mountain roads.

maybe because I’m a bit intimidated by being on an actual racetrack, or maybe it’s because I feel the pressure of being judged, or because I’m scared I might fuck up their car? I’m not sure.

Tomorrow though, I’m gonna cut it loose.

I did hit 107 on the long straight in the final lap, but man…

It is tough when you get into a bad headspace. Just try to get into ‘the zone’ where you are just enjoying the driving experience like you do on the backroads. Keeps your eyes up and your head free of negative thoughts.

I was timid the first day.
Right up until the instructors took us out for the end of day site laps.
It was a real eye opener into what the car is truly capable of.
I decided to full send it on day 2. I was able to get into the mid 1:21's and had a blast.

If you haven't done this and you're eligible, you should do it. Just got back and it was fantastic. These cars are truly amazing. Make the time. It's worth it.

Is this a perk that isn't advertised? I have a 5BW on order, but my dealer said zilch about it...

Day two I’m sending it. Timidity gone and I’m driving it like I would my own car. Man it’s such a difference…. It’s made today SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun.
