Car and Driver magazine is reporting that the upcoming Cadillac ATS-V will not be using a V-8, but instead use the Cadillac XTS Vsport's twin turbo-charged V-6 engine and can be paired with a manual transmission.
The TT V6 at 420 HP puts it right in the ballpark with the BMW M3 (414) and the M-B C63 AMG (451). The Bimmer weights in a 3700+ pounds while the C63 tips the scales are 3900+ pounds. The M3 is a 2-door while the C63 I looked at is 4-door.
Is the ATS V going to be a coupe or as sedan or both?
