Anybody have a contact at apex? Think they will run a CT5 specific version that we don’t have to use hub adapters with?

They have a set of the VS-5RS recommended on their fitment guide with the following fitment. I would want to push the front out a few mm if possible though. Maybe ET 15.

Front: 19x10" ET20 with 275/35-19 tires
Rear: 19x11" ET44 with 305/30-19 tires

Looks like they got their hands on a BW5 and updated the fitment blog.

The 20" is VERY enticing as I can run either 285/305 Goodyear SC3 or the 285/305 GY SC3R (best 100TW tire on the market, imho).

I love the new wheel design VS-5RS, and I have communicated with APEX who says they have a fitment for the CT4 BW but without seeing how they look on the car I just can’t commit. I don’t think anyone is running these yet on a 4 BW. I also wouldn’t want to spend $2500 on custom wheels just to need to run spacers (to me this kinda defeats the purpose of custom wheels).

$2500 is super cheap compared to true custom wheels. Initial price plus 50% off replacements is a solid deal to me if you’re tracking (wheels are consumables if you do it enough)

Correct. Not custom at all, just a cheap track wheel for those of us that want to run wider stickier tires

If we can get around 15 people together to put down a $1000 deposit, Apex will make custom offsets for the BW, but without that we would have to run spacers.

Also Apex confirmed that their 18s will fit the 4FBW.

Oops...read the countdown timer as days, not hours. My bad.

The 20" has BW offsets. No spacers/rings needed. But they aren't running a Group Buy on the 20".

Running a standard width rear rim with stock tires and a +44 offset will look silly, unless you run massive negative camber

Well the Apex group buy rims finally arrived and the fitment looks really good. I wish Apex's bronze was not brownish. I wanted to do bronze, but the gunmetal looks good.

Front 19x10 ET 20 (3mm spacer right now. Moving up to 6mm or 8mm once I get the extended studs.)

Looks like Apex finally has Blackwing fitments in their forged line and are doing a group buy. Considering picking a set up since I already have two slightly bent OEM wheels and have no clue where that happened.

what offset to they have? I found a good rear fitting, but the front I had to put 8mm spacers and extended studs for the perfect stance.

Ok finally have good pics of the stance after installing the 8mm spacer in the front. A 12mm offset on the 19x10 would be PERFECT, but of course Apex didn't have that for GM fitments. I am going go with wider tires eventually also. Thinking 285 in the front and 315 in the rear for the square look, but it looks really good now. Let me know what yall think!
