2026 allocation

Met the Sales Manager of local dealer at Cadillac VClub meet and according to him there is no word on allocations yet and they don't even know how many they will get this year. They are okay to put in order but according to him, it would be at least 6-8 months before car can be expected.
Production of 2026s was supposed to begin at the end of May.

Which if that's accurate you'd think there would be at least one person who would've had their 2026 order progress past 1100. Obviously not everyone is on this forum but still. So who really knows. 🤷‍♂️

Not to throw stones, but IIRC, you really need to be at 3300 (scheduled for production) for anything to matter. 2000 is accepted by GM, better than 1100. I'm not aware of 2050, unless you mean 2051? That's just a change to the order itself via the web (2030 is a change to the order). Pretty much a modified 1100. There's a sticky on the forums page I think that explains all the codes.

Also, IIRC, dealers could "submit" orders on 6/1 or so. Production wasn't expected to start until sometime in July, but GM being GM, seems every year that was pushed a week or two every week.

2050 is his year of production.

There are quite a few numbers between 2000 and 2051 I believe. Sources include

The Chatbot had told me last week that "Your vehicle order has been accepted by General Motors and is moving toward the production process."

And thanks to this thread I just chatted with a live person who said: "Your vehicle order has been accepted by Cadillac and is working towards the production process. The estimated target production week is 6/9/25, however this estimate is subject to change. Please keep in touch with your dealership for the most up-to-date information or check back later for a status update." And when I asked for the latest status code, the answer was: 3400(!!!)

In the recent past years, production started with non-Vs with Vs a little later (especially with the 5s).
