In the 2025's, the PDR still uses an SD Card, the slot to the left of the steering wheel near the HUD controls.
The SVR feature, however, is "missing" at the moment, and this seems to be the experience 2025 Escalade IQ owners are having as well with the updated infotainment/in-car-OS. There's a couple threads from Escalade owners who have tried a variety of things to no avail (

There's no longer an SD card slot in the trunk (at least, not where it used to be), this seems to have been replaced by a USB-A port in the center console.
The SVR application is installed, and can be opened by asking the Google Assistant to open the "Surround Vision" app, but it will only display a screen telling you that it needs a minimum 64GB USB drive, with the proper formatting, and nothing else on it.
If you insert a blank flash drive that meets these criteria, the Android Auto OS on the car automatically creates a few directories on it, which seems to "break" the requirement for it to be an unused drive.
