Now this is funny. We all get a free rear badge and then they go and decide to add two more for '24.

The price of the badge through the GM parts department is like $90 US I think for anyone who feels like spending almost $200 to get both...

I think I'll wait and see if thats actually true or if the configurator is just inaccurate.

I've always wondered about where the term "curb weight" comes from. There are no curbs in my neighborhood so I don't know what my car would weigh. How about "holding cell." Are some cells not made for holding and people can walk in and out at their leisure?

Um, that is a lot of cheddar for some decals, plastic caps and some lug nuts.

Ugh, IMO Coastal Blue is absolute trash. This color is not befitting a Blackwing. Thank goodness I got Wave while it was still available.

Yellow is a tricky color. I think it works sports cars but not about 4 door sedans. I would have to see it in person. It looks like the same yellow as these other GM vehicles.

If you are a fan of a traditional Torch Red it looks like they have you covered. I still think the Infrared with the metallic is the best if you like red. It looks amazing in the sun.

Torch Red looks good. It will go well with my Flame Red TRX.

I just built my 2022 5BW on the build it site for 2024. MSRP is $12,500 more for basically the same car. Glad I bought mine when I did. Also, will the yellow BW's come with complimentary "TAXI" decals. Yellow, Brown, and Green are the ugliest colors IMO. If they built 5BW with a dark maroon/cabernet/merlot color.....I would trade mine in a heartbeat. I'd want it to match my 1967 convertible.

It all depends on the design of the car. Yellow is amazing on the Supra and Phoenix Yellow was amazing on the E46 M3. The Emerald Frost Green on the 22 was gorgeous.

I normally hate silver but I've seen a couple of cars on which it looked good.

It looks like the carbon fiber packages are back in 24. I have not seen a 23 with them except those 4 special editions and I have been running a nationwide search all year and go look at every one I see that is high $70's. But to be fully equipped it would be mid 80's. My 22 fully equipped was a bit over $80,500. The 24 equipped the same way as my 22 would be pushing near $90k.

Where is the money grab? surprised they didn't do a 20th year of the V series package ala the track editions or the $125-150k Cadillac anniversary editions

I think 100% it depends on the car. Brown looks great on an 80's Mercedes station wagon. Green looks great on a Mini Cooper or classic Jaguar. Yellow looks great on Corvettes, Lamborghinis, etc... something low and wedgey with sharp lines. It's all about the application.

It is the same colour as these, the same paint code. If anyone wants to see what it looks like in real photos or even in person, go find a new Colorado in Nitro Yellow or look up videos.
