No one has mentioned that CCBs have to get up in temp to brake properly – otherwise there is a risk of overshooting your mark when the brakes are cold. Is that rumor, fact, or only applicable to older-designed CCBs?

Not only looking for max tire (1) width, and (2) height, but also ideal offset/backspace. Ideal meaning fit and max height/width with no rubbing at stock suspension height. Anyone know of any wheel mfrs who have done this work?
