After an oil change, I always start it and let it run at idle for one minute. Then let it sit for 5 minutes and check it. Being a tad over full isn’t a big deal. Don’t go much more than that though.

Make sure the car is on a flat surface when checking oil.

Autozone has 5qts of 0w40 ESPx3 dexos2 certified $40 with filter. Comes out to $86 for 10qts after tax (just over $8 per qt). Cheapest I've seen it in a while. Good deal for anyone looking to do their own oil changes.

Just bought a PF64 filter and 10 quarts of 0w40 ESP/Supercar today. I'll be changing the oil this weekend along with adding the blackwing badges like the '24s.
