I can confirm that the brake dust is heavy with the stock pads.. Almost turning my bronze wheels black after a few spirited canyon runs. but the wheels are damn sexy and I wouldn't change the spec even if I could.

the 6spd was also a main driver for me to get the 5bw.. However, after 700+ miles of daily driving type duties, I have caught myself several times wondering if I should have opted for an auto. I think @Tall Steve did it right, a manny 5 for the garage queen and an a10 4bw for daily duties.

I expect them to hold value and not meaningfully appreciate against inflation. It really depends on how many are made over the next few years. In any case, there will be a strong secondary market for the car in the future. You could certainly flip the car immediately for more than break even...
