Yes, they told me I had to get the transmission replaced. Took it to them to get it replaced about a month ago. Still feels the same. Always has a bit of a grind into 2nd

pretty much. Only difference now is that if i shift slowly out of 2nd it grinds (only occurs if i shift very slowly)

Update: Just noticed that if I slowly pull the shifter out of 2nd when moving, it makes a horrible grinding sound (clutch is pressed all the way down) Doesn’t occur when the car is not moving.

Update: Clutch fluid level seems 1.5 cm higher than the max level and color seems to be yellow

This is my first tr6060. I have driven other manuals that were easier to engage gears in albeit they were not track oriented cars like the blackwings. Maybe I just need to be a bit more aggressive into 2nd.

Has anyone used redline D4 ATF for the manual transmission in the blackwings? I'm considering this for using the car in a cold climate to eliminate the notchy shifting. I don't plan on taking it to the track at all.

It doesn't go into gear easily when running. Service manual said to check it with the engine off as well as on. I have shown it to a dealer but they seemed pretty shady so I'm going elsewhere.

The reason I asked is because I suspect there may be a synchro issue. Service manual talked about seeing if it went into all gears with the engine off. Mine does not but I wanted to know if it was a common characteristic of the TR6060. Hence the question...
