Fellow Degenerates,

Since everyone has been blowing up the main thread with pics of their bourbon collection, lets just start a new thread!

Not limited to Bourbon or Whiskey. I myself will be enjoying a nice glass (or the bottle..) of Red when I get mine from the dealer this weekend!

Cigars are bonus points.

Years ago a friend introduced me to port wine. I refuse to drink it in the summer. 20 year Taylor Fladgate is a go to.

I dabble in bourbon, tequila and rum. My little collection.

I assume that you're talking about Tawny Port. Love the stuff. If you have the opportunity, try Ramos Pinto (RP20).

Tawny Porto, true Porto started me into being a novice wine enthusiast. I usually stick to $20-50 CabSavs/Merlots just because... you know, once the bottle is open... you have to finish it. Occasionally I'll splurge on something aged for celebrations but I don't keep a collection yet.

So this and cigars are my other passion. Other than cars and motorcycles that is! I spend far too much money 💵 on bourbon 🥃. Now that I have a Blackwing I'm going to have to curtail some of that. I am on a fixed income after all! 😂

That is GOOD friend, sir. Five of these in the cellar right now as it really is great for drinking by the fire in the winter. I've had the 30 and 40 year Taylors as well but 20 is the best QPR and really your best bang for the buck in their line up.

Though I equally enjoy vintage port as well. In fact, I bought mixed cases of vintage port from each of the birth years of my two sons (2000 and 2003) which I cellared in order to drink one each year with them on their birthdays when they reached drinking age. I am now 2 years into the 2000s (Taylor Fladgate and Dow, so far) with my oldest son and looking forward to others in the coming years. It was a great decision and great for bonding with the kiddos. I highly recommend it.

I'm scared to try 30 & 40 as I might like them too much and break the bank. 20 does seem to be the sweet spot as 10 doesn't cut it.

I've had the 30 twice and it's hard to justify the price for what was only a marginally better wine (IMO) compared to the 20 year. The 40 year was a 40th birthday gift we bought for someone and that honestly seemed to just like drinking brandy. Likely as a result of the constant topping up with more brandy and other port as it ages in barrels.

Jealous of the WLW and the Master's Keep. I've been hunting those for a while with no luck.

My brother in Tucson is a real bourbon hunter. He has helped me obtain some bottles I would never be able to get in New York. This is what I brought home on the plane with me when I was there in November. The WLW I won the chance to buy in a lottery at a local liquor store I frequent.

Few on the shelf. JD was my first so has always been in rotation, I've been on distillery tour twice. The pump dispenser was a gift and felt obligated to use it. Filled with Gentleman Jack

From your image, that's the one!

I'm actually about half way through a bottle of the 30 year now. No, not right now but you know what I mean. It was a gift and not something I'd likely spend coin for. Now I'm thirsty.

Lots of reference to WLW I always call the BTAC WLW only have one bottle. The rest of the weller green red black etc etc. Can’t bring myself to open it without a backup. It’s a sickness thankfully I got sick long before the prices went crazy.
