I grew up as a pretty responsible kid but even with that I had some dumb friends who peered into their parents stuff. I made sure I stopped that asap! Kids are only in elementary school but better to start it early!
My kids are adults now, up and running contributing to life in their own ways... I thank God every day. Best wishes with your family as they grow! Eyes wide open. ;)

I'm more of a wine guy and have just over 80 bottles between two coolers, but have my fair share of bourbons like Basil & Blanton's, tequilas and rum. My large wine cooler below and the new wine glass given at Xmas this year from my cats

Nice to see another fan of O'Shaughnessy. They're my latest cab obsession. Great stuff. Cheers!

Yep! Great wine! 👍
I was at their vineyard last March, what a beautiful place & great wine. Also visited MadoroM vineyards as well on same trip, great owner there.
I have also spent too much $$ on my Caymus collection… Chuck Wagner wines are still one of my favs. Still have a 1985 bottle up to 2020.

That's me but with Conn Anderson Reserve. I have a flight of bottles going back 20 years in my basement. Awesome stuff. Also a Chappellet fanboy which is excellent even in bad vintages.

Scotch (less smokey, more flavor from the barrel), some examples:
Glenmorangie (my favorite, all varieties, particularly La Santa or Nectar d'Or)
Macallan (15 year, fine oak)
Aberlour
Balvenie

Irish whiskey:
Midleton Very Rare

Bourbon:
Four Roses (small batch)
Jack Daniels (single barrel, almost a bourbon, I know it's not truly a bourbon)

Mixed drinks, in the right situation:
Old-fashioned
Manhattan

Tequila lover chiming in here. El Tesoro, Forteleza, Amor Mio, Don Fullano, etc. I sip on good blanco's or anejo's especially when doing my model building projects.
