I picked up my 4BW today, it's glorious and will post pics when I have the chance.

My first order of business upon picking up the car was to scrape the bottom of the black bumper extensions on my parents' driveway, even though I was really being careful because I didn't know how low it was. It's not really visible if you're just looking at the car, but all I can say is thank god I went with my first instinct not to get the carbon fiber.

Anyway, I would like to mitigate this in the future if possible. I figure my options are to (1) learn to not give a shit; (2) replace the black bumper extension piece every 2 seconds; or (3) get something that will protect it.

I saw this on amazon which looks like it might fit the bill, but if anyone had any practical insight or solutions, they would be most welcome. TIA!

Congratulations on the car! Sorry to hear about the bumper.

Maybe something like this? Assuming the underside of them is flat and not caved in. Never looked

I bought the one I linked above. Going to sand down the rough part and spritz it with some gloss black paint, which should be a passable fix for my purposes, and hope those things work. I'm getting the car PPF'd in a couple weeks so I wanted it to be resolved before then

What about a driver mod option? Angles are your friend.

Last year someone had contacted these folks about making piece for the BW. Not sure what came of that as still nothing listed for Cadillac on their website.

I contacted them earlier this year and they said the Blackwings would be in their R&D cycle for late 2022. So hopefully we see something by the end of the year
