This stance is growing on me. Would it be possible to do say a 20" with a gloss/satin black face with the phantom blue lip? I have the le monstre and wondering how that would look.

That build was so darn good. We can for sure spec the 20x10.5 / 20x11.5 for you.

With my powder coating I would not be able to do an exact color match to the Phantom Blue Paint, but I do have a few blues that should get close. Specifically my Tanzanite Blue
